Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting with clients in person to promote services and build strong relationships with new and established customers.


· Travel to assigned territories to meet potential and existing customers to discuss their needs.

· Identify prospective customers through networking and cold calling to build a consistent sales pipeline.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to strategize sales approach effectively.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and forecasts reporting regularly to management.


Qualifications and Skills

· High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field a plus.

· Proven experience in outside sales or similar role required.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential for maintaining customer relationships.

· Strong inter-personal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively with management team.

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet projected goals.


Work Environment

· Role involves travel and field work with an office base for administrative tasks. Will report to management team.


Compensation · Includes a base salary plus commission with performance-based incentives.
